New to pilates?

If you’re new to Pilates, we recommend starting with a one-on-one session before booking into a small group class. This allows Robyn to introduce the equipment, explain foundational movement principles, and help you feel confident and prepared.

Starting with a private session ensures a safer, more enjoyable experience when transitioning into group classes.


What to expect
  • Supportive, encouraging instruction

  • Clear guidance and hands-on cues

  • Small class sizes

  • A calm, welcoming studio environment


What to wear & bring
  • Grip socks are recommended (available for purchase in the studio)

  • Comfortable, form-fitting attire

  • A water bottle — or grab one from our fully stocked water fridge if you forget
